Steph McNamara is a multidisciplinary artist and a RCT-C (Registered Certified Therapist Candidate) with the Nova Scotia College of Counseling Therapists. Steph is happily living in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Canada with her equally magical and messy little family.
Steph is most passionate about merging holding space for people while simultaneously bringing art to the forefront of everyone’s hearts and minds. Steph loves to hold space for people through many mediums including being a Yoga Nidra Guide, a photographer, a painter, and a writer. Steph embodies living a creative and soul filling life. Her intention is to always help people see their creative side, their vulnerable side and the strengths that they possess.
Some of Steph’s most notable creative works have been: writing and performing a one woman play entitled ‘Her Beautiful Brain’; photography for many Artists and her work is included in many album designs including: Elyse Aeron, Adam Baldwin, Taylor Jenson, and Jackson Weldon. She is a co-founder of ‘Curiosity Club Creative’ a collective that helps to support Artists and she is now embarking on abstract painting combined with poetry to continue on her path to unearthing more of her innate creativity.
